I mentioned to my colleagues during lunch that I need to take some time out to plan my life and brainstorm all of my interests. Zama immediately asked me whether I have a life coach, which I replied to "I am my own life coach".
This got me thinking...if I am so quick to reply to her does that mean that I already have the resources to be my own life coach?
Have I gained enough life experience to coach myself through the trials and tribulations of adulthood?
